Directions (Southbound From Dallas/Baylor) to 418 Riverview Drive (254-776-1810):
***BEWARE OF USING GPS, GOOGLE MAPS, MAPQUEST, ETC., AS THEY USUALLY SEND YOU TO THE WRONG "RIVERVIEW", ONLY A COUPLE OF MILES AWAY*** From I-35 (South-bound from Dallas/Baylor), intercept LOOP 340/HIGHWAY 6 South of Waco (Central Texas Marketplace Shopping Complex (BEST BUY is on your right, if you are Southbound).
Travel West/NW (RIGHT) on LOOP 340/HIGHWAY 6 until you reach the exit for U.S. 84 (the convergence of "WACO DRIVE" and "FRANKLIN AVE." as one leaves Waco West-bound). WHATABURGER and Richland Mall are at this intersection, on your right. Turn West (LEFT) under Loop 340/Highway 6 and enter ramp onto US 84 (aka "WOODWAY DRIVE/GEORGE W. BUSH PARKWAY"), traveling away from Waco, and drive through most of Woodway. Take the POAGE EXIT (the first exit past Estates/Hewitt Dr., Exit where HEB grocery store is on the left and Walgreen and CVS are on the right). Turn RIGHT onto POAGE at the first STOP SIGN after exiting Highway 84.
Turn LEFT onto SANDALWOOD (One full block off of access road, past the park). Go to the secondSTOP SIGN (about 3/4 mile) and turn RIGHT onto MERRIFIELD.
At the dead end with RIVERVIEW DRIVE turn RIGHT.
418 RIVERVIEW will be on your RIGHT after a hard left curve in the street (don't worry about the 12000's addresses, as they start over at 400 after the curve).
Directions (Northbound From Austin):
Exit I-35 at Exit 325, and travel to your LEFT on Hewitt Drive (FM 1695).
Travel 6 miles cross overpass at US 84/Woodway Drive/G.W. Bush Parkway, then turn LEFT onto US 84 Access Road.
Turn RIGHT at STOP SIGN off of the access road onto POAGE.
Turn LEFT onto SANDALWOOD (One full block off of access road). Go to the secondSTOP SIGN (about 3/4 mile) and turn RIGHT onto MERRIFIELD.
